Improvements

New:- Users can now add a 3rd task type to checklists, work orders, and PMs.

Users who complete an eSignature task on desktop or mobile are prompted to sign their name in the eSignature scratch pad.

Bug Fixes

Fixed:- When the work order assigned user list is reduced, say from 3 assigned users to 2 assigned users; the system does not create a work order update record. We fixed this, and now the system creates a work order update record each time the assigned user list is changed.

Fixed:- System administrators could create a meter-based trigger on a PM without an Asset. Now, system administrators are prompted to add an asset when creating a PM without an asset.

Fixed:- System administrators could delete themselves from certain sites, or other system administrators could remove the. System administrators should have access to 100% of the functionality and data in any system. System administrators cannot be removed from any sites.

Fixed:- When an asset was moved to another site, any associated PMs retained the assigned users. In many cases, these users may not have access to the other site. Now, when an asset is moved, the assigned users are stripped from any associated PMs.
