New Feature

Work order tagging: - users can now tag other users on work orders. The tagged user gets mentioned in the work order updates section, is added to the list of followers on the work order, and gets a notification email. For more information, see Tag a user on a work order procedure.

Improvement

Delete work order status:- System administrators can now delete unwanted work order statuses. Any work orders in that status are moved to another status before the status is soft deleted. Soft deleted means it can be reactivated if needed by Zoidii.

Links in details:- Any links inserted into the description field of an asset, PM, work order, or business are automatically recognized as links. Users can the click the link to automatically open that page in their browser.
