1. AI Checklist Generator - Accelerate the CMMS implementation process by automatically generating maintenance checklists based on predefined criteria such as make, model, category, and interval.
In the Checklists area of the CMMS, system administrators or site managers add as much detail as possible for each asset, such as make, model, equipment type, etc..
Click Generate Checklist and the system creates a recommended checklist as below. Users can save the checklist directly to the CMMS and customize the tasks for their particular use case. Tasks can be added, modified, or deleted from the checklist as needed.
2. Mass-create purchase requests on the work order - Users can now mass-create purchase requests on the work order - parts tab. The work order and asset details are pushed to the purchase request.
