Fixes

1. On the part record - storage locations tab: clicking Edit shows up all possible assets. Should only show assets that can hold parts. Now resolved - only asset locations that can hold parts will show up.

2. Asset filter on mobile work orders page only allowing for individual assets. Now allowing for parent assets and all child assets

3. Creating new PM: If you navigate back to step 1, the asset was missing from the asset dropdown, even though it was saved to the new PM. Now resolved. You can navigate back to step 1 when setting up a new PM and it will show the asset.

4. Work Order Updates - popup not resetting file uploader after submitting an update. Now resolved: file uploader reset when update saved.
