Improvements

CSV Exports - Introduced new standards across the app. Smaller exports <100 records will be downloaded immediately on the screen. Larger exports will be emailed to the user's inbox when ready.

Additional Filters on Work Order Mobile Screen - Users can now filter by dates.

Filter by Parent Asset - Users can now filter the PM screen by Asset or Parent Asset. This makes it easier to check PMs for a particular line or area of the plant. The filter applies to all descendants below the parent asset.

Automated Checklists on Work Orders—Some users were unsure why phantom checklists appeared on work orders. Their system had Automated Checklist rules in place, so the checklists were added automatically. To eliminate some of this confusion, users can now see an update confirming the automation of the checklist.

Fixes

Missed PMs triggered after Unpausing PMs. If PMs were paused for an extended period, the system would still trigger missed PM dates. PM triggers now automatically reschedule to the next available date according to the schedule. System admins or site managers are also prompted to verify the new trigger date.
