New Features

All types extended to Closed work orders - users can now click All Types on the Closed Work Order chart to see a breakdown of closed work orders by maintenance type

New report 1: The new AI Shift Report provides AI-generated summaries of all maintenance activities during a shift, including completed tasks, identified issues, and pending follow-ups.

The report can be run in PDF or Excel format.

New Report 2: The new Work Order Cost Report outlines work order costs, highlighting expenses, efficiency trends, budget impacts, and problem assets.

The report can be run in PDF or Excel format.

Improvements

The Asset screen's parent asset filter was displaying deleted assets. Issue resolved - parent asset filter no longer shows deleted assets.

Mobile App: Add new activity to work orders or logbook, combined into one screen. Users can now add an image with a comment at the same time.

Click the Add New Activity icon on the Asset-Logbook or Work Order-Updates tabs.
