Improvement
Work order due date preload:- when a user creates a work order and selects the priority, the system preloads the due date based on the priority. This is not intended to decide business rules at each maintenance organization but rather serves as a shortcut aid when entering the due date. Users can adjust the date as needed manually.
- Low - current Date Time + 1 month
- Medium - current Date Time + 2 weeks
- High - current Date Time + 1 week
- Urgent - current Date Time + 1 day
Work order description field too big:- the work order description field in the work order record and the work order list views expanded depending on the amount of text. This created some frustration, so it is now truncated to 3 lines. Users must hover over to read the full details.
Guest user default maintenance type:- The guest user maintenance type was preloaded as Breakdown by default; however, some users reported that all guest requests were that type. Now, no maintenance type is preloaded. The guest user must select the maintenance type from the dropdown where needed.
The guest user default maintenance type can be configured in the Settings - Maintenance Types
