Background

To get the most from your Zoidii trial, follow these simple rules:

1. Put dedicated time aside to trial the software—it's difficult to understand it properly if you spend only 5 minutes here and there.
2. Include the planned power users in the trial - they will use the system more than anyone, so they need to buy into it early.
3. Write down all your questions. We have features and functions, whereas you have business processes. It may take a follow-up call to figure out how to integrate the features into the business processes.

Trial Guide

This trial guide's purpose is to guide you through Zoidii in a logical order. This 8-step process will introduce you to the features used by our customers 90% of the time. Click on the blue link to see each procedure.

1. Start creating your own asset in the CMMS using the Add an Asset procedure. Then, assign the asset to a location. You can also Add an Asset using the Mobile App or web browser on your mobile device.

2. Create a PM for the asset - try a single time-based trigger starting out.

• Add a checklist from the sample checklist list.
• Configure the trigger to fire a few hours later so you can see the subsequent work order and corresponding work order notifications.
• Assign the work to yourself.

3. Create a corrective work order for your demo asset as per the create a work order procedure

4. Open your PM work order created in #2 and complete it.

• Sign off all tasks
• Add and consume a part on the work order.
• Close the work order

5. Switch to the mobile app to see what the technicians will use as they complete their work.

6. Open the corrective work order you created in #3 and complete it.

• Add a repair image
• Close the work order
